Title: "What's in it for Me?"

Description: Participants (1) are provided with criteria to measure performance, (2) select rewards, and (3) experience how to apply this approach to their work place. Participants are presented with a variety of techniques and tools on being more creative and productive. Practical hands-on exercises are presented. Mind mapping is practiced. Working in teams, participants are given a real life problem and apply these techniques to solve the problem. Lessons learned are discussed via team presentations and group discussions.

Workshop Length: 1 day
